ESPCs Multidisciplinary Consulting SRL (with commercial name ESPCs Corporate and Environmental Advisors) was created with initial focus on providing services that address the challenges faced by the different stakeholders in the Energy Sector and responding to the growing need of the sector for the multidisciplinary consulting support. Since then we expanded our services to support clients from various business sectors with respect to corporate compliance, auditing and international business development. 

Our mission is twofold: to deliver client tailored safety, health and environmental advice and to provide corporate legal advice with specific focus on corporate risk mitigation and anti-corruption compliance.

We provide integrated legal, technical, financial and risk management advice to clients that are seeking better management of their operations and ensuring that they are complaint with local regualtions, especially in the area of HSE or would like to expand their operations. 

ESPCs Multidisciplinary Consulting SRL is managed by two founding partners, Claudia A. Lopez Moterrey  and Polina Chtchelok, with extensive experience in law, engineering, construction and project management.

The labour, regulatory and immigration matters are handled by Marco Antonio Lopez Monterrey and the corporate, investment and business development matters are handled by Luis Eduardo Rios.
